Vinificazione e affinamento: Vinificazione in fusti di legno a temperatura controllata, macerazione di circa 15 giorni sulle bucce e fermentazione spontanea ad opera di lieviti indigeni. Affinamento per 18 mesi in barriques di rovere francese.

Vinification and refinement: Vinification in wooden barrels at a controlled temperature, maceration for approximately 15 days on the skins and spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Aging for 18 months in French oak barriques.

Caratteristiche del vino: Rosso rubino brillante e profondo, aroma intenso di piccoli frutti rossi come more mirtilli maturi ribes, sfumature di pepe e vaniglia. In bocca ha un ingresso soffice e speziato, dai tannini morbidi e vellutati. Presenta un retrogusto ampio e persistente. Il syrah poggio grande è una produzione di nicchia di 1500 bottiglie numerate, in grado di sorprendere anche i più grandi appassionati di questo vitigno.

Characteristics of the wine: Bright and deep ruby ​​red, intense aroma of small red fruits such as blackberries, ripe blueberries, currants, nuances of pepper and vanilla. In the mouth it has a soft and spicy entry, with soft and velvety tannins. It has a broad and persistent aftertaste. The Poggio Grande Syrah is a niche production of 1500 numbered bottles, capable of surprising even the biggest enthusiasts of this grape variety.
